About the event

Looking for an inspired way to spend an afternoon?

Join Thinking Rock on Friday, March 15 from 9 am to 4:00 pm, at the Ermatinger-Clergue National historic Site (800 Bay Street, Sault Ste. Marie, ON), where they'll be sharing their work through hands-on intergenerational artmaking for the March Break!

They’ll be bringing a bunch of our Social Fabric activities, and YOU are invited to join in activities that might include: - Embroidering a blanket transformed by messages of love; - Making a mending list, and thinking through what mending means to you; - Adding colour to our evolving Gathering Quilt and custom colouring fabric; - Working on a UFO (unfinished object) collaborative project; - And other activities, as the project unfolds!

They will also be sharing information about our community-engaged work and how to get involved!

No experience is needed and everyone is welcome to join this free drop-in session! For more information please email info@thinkingrock.ca or call (705) 542-1100.

Thanks to our Thinking Rock's partners at the Old Stone House / Ermatinger-Clergue National Historic Site and the City of Sault Ste. Marie for hosting them!
